After the first time you do it, trust me, it gets much easier!

My party failed the first part because everyone except one person was screwing around and not following directions. T_T
Exactly as the first poster stated, all about timing and logic. What you should also do is memorize all the falling times. It took me 2 tries my first time to complete it, it took about 20 minutes. Now I average about 5~6 minutes every run. Patience is the key.
I have to start all over again.
Eff it, I'll do it another time, this much rage is not good for my health.
