Coming back after long time, what class should I make?
So I used to play MS religiously years ago and I want to try it out again after the V patch. What are some good (mostly in terms of fun, usefulness secondary) classes to make a new character with nowadays?

In Reboot you gain your power on your on and by grinding, as the CS doesn't sell cubes/ect and you can buy them for a few million in a shop. Also there is no scrolling, there is EEing though.
@willyjays: We are pretty much in the same boat since I haven't played seriously in a long time lol. What I know about Reboot is that there are some CS items that drop from monsters (prob. at low drop rate), you can't trade people, and the grind is even more real on there than on regular server.
Yea, since I heard about this update and have some free time after work i thought to pick up the game again as well. Dont mean to high jack your post but is there something different about Reboot server?
To TS i think Corsair is pretty fun but this is based on exp from like 2 years ago xD
@deadangel13: I played lots of classes, I've probably tried every single one except one or two melee. I remember last playing as Luminous a lot. Generally, I love ranged characters the most, especially mage-type classes.
Honestly i'm in love with phantom right now, it's a ton of fun in my opinion and is all around a great class. I'd recommend sticking with it.
What class were you playing years ago? So we'll know what you mean by "fun", which is the most subjective factor you could have given
