12 year history of the game ruined due to autoban
The autoban system really doesn't do anything to stop the actual hackers but can be triggered by glitches, including lag, as I found out a few days ago. Autobans can't permaban you but it may as well for all the hassle you'll go through trying to fight the ban(if it's a temp ban it'll likely take longer to challenge/appeal than the ban will last anyway), and players labeling you a hacker anyway. And during the biggest event the game's ever had? I could see that it was going to be a mess so I stopped after the initial tickets.
I summed things up here from my past week of personal experience dealing with this and why I chose to walk off from the game permanently. My entered character is probably invalid now, I had to put one on my profile to make a post, but due to the ban I'll be off ranks so I can not check for validity(2 characters at level 210, 4 others above 200, many others 140+, all lost) and I have no further access to the Nexon website anyway. My account's 12 years old, everything now gone.

Think they'll fix this and admit the autoban system is flawed? I doubt it.

Well if its an autoban, even if you did get unbanned you will still be off ranks, so either u wait on another "A Better Maple 2nd chances" or just play a different game. I quit a long time ago too. this game is too P2W.
I knew some dude that got autobanned for slash blasting slimes at henesys and lagged during the process. it sure is bugged.

he aint the 1st person to get autobanned for dumb nexon stuff & not have it reversed even after contacting them and he aint gonna be the last person to get it

Meh. I was autobanned for killing bigfoot with my Paladin, missing the lunchbox event. Does anyone even track temp bans anymore? I don't think anyone in the community actually cares about whether someone is legit or not anymore. It used to be an issue in the early dates over yrs ago, but certainly not anymore.
A very sad story. I wish you all the best man. It show again how little we really are against a corperate compagny. Did you try the phone them ? Too speak someone in person ? As a last option that sometimes works.
