Does this happen to you?
When you KNOW your bf/gf is on to you.
for example, when u didn't text reply to your girl last night and she sends you a snapchat this morning. If you open it, she'll know you ignored her, so you just don't open it at all. And if I text her back right now, she'll give me a lot of bullcrap. Either way, she'll give me a lot of bullcrap. does this happen to you too?

She couldn't be onto anything if you wouldn't deliver possibilities. Be honest, if you want you-time let her know. What will you achieve by ignoring her? Will you ignore her forever? If no, how will you pick up contact again?

I'm not quite sure I understand the situation. Why would you ignore her in the first place? For what reason? You sound like you ignored her on purpose. I say you should just take it like a man if you really love her. But most importantly, be chill, because someone in the relationship has to in order for it to last.

Straight up. Don't play with people's feelings, even if he / she is overreacting or being clingy. It's a part of who they are.
You saw the text, saw the snapchat, and refuse to reply because you think you'll relinquish some sort of "freedom". It's time to have a discussion with him / her if you actually want the relationship to be successful.
