Best class to start fresh on?

I told myself that I would quit, and I did. Coming back to maple on my hero and doing 4x the damage I did at my best with random equips is pretty weird. Going from a 40min zak solo to a 5min cheese is pretty weird as well. Maple has changed.

Anyways, what would be the best class to start completely new on? I want to make a character in Scania, because whatever alliance Mardia is in is dead.

Low pot usage would be great, as I'll be dead broke. And is there any reason to NOT go Scania?

Hey bro in my opinion i would suggest choosing demon avenger i was using it awhile back to get the link skill only to realize it was doing a good 100kx4 at lv 100 and i was basically unfunded apart from a few %hp like 10 maximum i got from leveling it. i really recommend it for its speed and brute strength. you shouldnt main one but i recommend using it for bosses and such then making another character when you've made around 4b and start from there. i actually started the game from scratch a month before summer ended and already have a mage with 200% bossing and capped crit rate and around 400k range so i can feel from your point of view. but i would really suggest just making demon avenger since they dont even use pots due to the fact they have a buff at lv 10 i think which restores their health to max every 20 hits. its really good give it a shot bro. but seriously aim for gollux you'll make fast money selling gollux gear and can easily fund yourself over time. oh and they dont use mana pots dw about that either they just stack hp mines had like a good 60k hp at lv 120

Buccaneers are okay to start as since we do nice damage with all of our buffs.

But if you plan to boss, I'd say choose Shade or Cannoner.

Just use a familiar like jr. boogie or mutant snails that recovers your mp and hp. With those familiars, you can basically train without having to spend mesos on pots. With that being said, just choose a class that you find interesting/fun

Shade is a easy funded class with not much pot usage but if your not funding then its no use because all her skills she has no buffs and her base damage is just really bad
So i suggest you use heavy funding if your going to play shade.

i just started again after a long break myself. i didn't think i would be coming back either.

i started over again in windia myself. i am trying out the "shade" class at the moment.

i picked windia because it is more populated then my old server of bellocan, but it's not as populated as something like scania, but if you want to play in scania i can't think of any reason not to either.
