Mods, why was my screen rejected?

I tried submitting it with no descripton and and a ton of stuff.
I KNOW Mr.b accepts pics, but could a mod try to tell me why it was rejected SEVERAL times?

@discoking99 Well then, as the few other posts said, mrb may have simply not wanted to add it.
It's not a picture that MrBasil finds interesting or worth his time.
It doesn't matter if anyone else finds it funny or interesting, if he doesn't, then it ain't going up.
it's a pointless pic, rainbowdash isn't even a unicorn so it doesn't related to the archer helm.

OT: Is there even a joke to get there? I'm not a MLP fan so yeahhh I don't know. It could be that there's too much unnecessary space, or the fact that it might be pointless...? It depends on mrb's opinion of it.
Also, it has to be jpg and fit the dimensions and stuff that's listed on the screen submitting page (I didn't check if yours did).

It's a bad screen, and the mods have NO say in the screen selection process. Mr. Basil is the only one to have a say there.
