I was wondering with the current cash shop event giving out premium fusion tickets, if I fuse two rank A nebs would an A rank neb be the result of the fusion?

Wait wait what? How much do the tickets cost?. I've thrown away 20+ B rank nebs..... Time to buy more boxes
There's a slight chance for it to turn Rank B, uses to nebulites tickets btw. I know this because I fused to rank B's and it turned to rank "C", so I'm assuming the same rule would apply by fusing to rank "A"'s.
