How do I keep myself away from junk food? I came to the point where I realized that I should draw a limit to my habit of eating junk food. I'm 5 ft 9, 140 pounds and that's where the road ends, from that point I will start eating clean food only and save the junk food for cheat sunday -- but not in excessive amounts. I will also eat more fruit and other healthy stuff. I also drink a lot of water and I've noticed how my throat seems to dry up, despite how I drink like a bottle or two of tap water a day. I also tend to go to the kitchen a lot and look at the food, deciding whether I shall go for it or not. What can I do to break the habit of eating junk food?
