My evolving ring is underaverage?
If i look on the site and at the description of the level: 11 evolving ring it should have 2 w.att & 2 m.att while mine only has 1 of each. But, it should only have 75 hp/mp, mine has 150 hp (No mp at all!)
Is my ring "Under average"?

Nah, the problem is the descriptions of the item.
With the patch coming on the 20th, they are removing the stats from the description since they are wrong.
(For example, showing 2+ W/M ATT when it's only 1)
