Magician character cards

'Sup,

I'm trying to boost my Bishop's range a bit with character cards, but some things aren't clear.

For example: According to Southperry and Basilmarket an I/L magician character card will give me 1.5 m.atk per level if it is an S-rank card. But, according to whose level will I receive the m.atk (My Bishop which is 193 or my I/L at level 120, for example.)?

I've heard that the Blaze Wizard card has the same effect, except to a lesser extent because of their (at the moment) lower level cap. Does it work exactly the same as the I/L's card?

And, my last question: If I get an S rank magician set, my damage will go up by 8% of my base hp. If I get two decks of S-rank mage sets, would I have that effect twice, or is it capped at once?

I hope you guys can help me out with these question. Thank you!

It's not 1.5 m.atk per level. It's +1.5 range per level. The difference is hardly noticeable, and isn't worth the time.

with a rank S magician set, you damage goes up by 8% of base MP not HP. This one IS worth the time IMO. The decks don't stack.
Also note that for rank S, the AVERAGE level of the three cards have to be 100+. Thus, you can have, for example, 1 level 200 and 2 level 50s
