It randomly dropped for me in like 10mins, I wasn't even looking for one nor did I know it could drop one.
I got one two weeks ago, after a botter summoned the knight boss there.
Yeah they should drop it, but it is of course very rare. You should try whipping out your spider and greed pendant and anything else if you plan on farming for it. Also, you need to be around 20 levels or so close to the mobs to actually get anything from them.
But if you feel like giving up, twisted jesters in NLC mansion drop tonnes of cool looking equips that you can anvil onto your other things.
Yes I use to get it back then, but I'm not sure if it still drops.
