Magician shoes after big bang

Since mages will be a lot better as far as damage dealing 1v1 after BB and will be getting a damage range just like all other classes that is based on (4x main stat + secondary stat) multiplied by magic attack ... my main query is this: will the lvl 90 Neli shoe be the new facestomper?

As far as I know, it is the only shoe that comes with magic attack and also is in the 71+ potential tier ... So I was just wondering if any rich mages out there have started to maker a lot of these, get 3 lines potential, and then chaos them for a really high magic attack.

This would, in theory, be A LOT better than using some other shoe in the same tier (assuming they were cubed to the same potential stats) wouldn't it, because they'd be just like facestompers after BB but a higher tier and able to be made with maker, right?

Thanks for any responses, just curious if anybody has noticed a price increase on these or if people started hoarding them or using chaos on them already in anticipation for a possible inflation.

I was thinking of this myself.
I've been storing matk belts and above average Neli shoes for some quite time now ^_^

oh nice, I didn't look the lvl 110 or 120 shoes up on here, I only have maker to lvl 100 gear on my priest / only saw that the lvl 70 ones and the lvl 90 shoes had magic attack, and since the lvl 70 ones aren't in the highest tier of potential I didn't talk about those in the thread.

I just did the quest in ludibrium to unlock beholder's healing and was killing loads of master death teddies (takes a long time to get 800ish of their drops) and I ended up with a few 3 lined blue neli and they sold for a lot more than I would have expected a 3 line magician shoe to go for ... so that got me thinking about why, and since I know from my priest's maker skill that the lvl 100 didn't have magic attack, I (wrongfully) assumed they were the only ones in the 71+ tier that had m.att and thought it was maybe because people were hoarding for BB when a 3 line FS for mages would be better than just adding advanced wisdom crystals to a higher lvl shoe with maker.

That's sweet though, it'll be something I keep in mind eventually when I work on bishop gear well after BB.
