No it isnt. Its not in any way against the law. If you read the ToS (reading? something you were told to? no way, i'm too cool) you would see that they have the right to ban you at any moment and do anything to your account without your consent, seeing as how its THEIR GAME.

not true at all they reserve the right to ban for any reason even if its just cause they WANT to, even if you spent a few hundred dollers, they can ban you without notice or reason if they feel like it. Read the terms of agreement -.-

Log a ticket saying you were going to buy a junk load of nx.

umm i leeched off a hacker from lvl 108 to 110 and im not banned

Nexon's just too lazy and takes the easy way out and bans everyone in the map, even if they did nothing wrong.

Read the ToS. They can terminate any account at will for any reason.

OT: Make sure you make the ticket with horrible grammar, act like you're a little kid, say you had just bought an nx card and it was from your birthday money, etc

Try logging a ticket.
My friend logged a ticket to get unbanned from a perma, and it worked.
Although it will say "We desided to give you another chance"

Same thing happened to my character.. But there was no hackers involved at all. I just logged on, gaved some ores to my friend. Logged off, and 8 hours laters, it said that I was perm banned. =/ I feel your pain, sent a ticket, they gave no reason for me being banned and left me banned, all those years playing wasted... ><, this pisses me off.

Happened to me too, but I have more than 5 120s on the same account and have had my acc since 05 and I'm decked out in nx somewhat...lolol

@people telling him to say he's bought/going to buy nx, don't you think Nexon knows you're going to jip them? Obviously don't say it unless you've already done so. Nexon is a corporation and yes they do like to make money(so does every other corporation) but they won't unban you just because you bought nx or say you're going to.

Log a ticket and remember, it's imperative that you include this sentence. "I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on NX. It would be sad if I had to quit Maplestory and you guys would lose a customer".

I got perma banned too </3 for doing something illegal when I didn't ! >:o ive been waitng for 2 or more weeks.. still no response :[

Nexon doesn't understand how they ban/how to fix it.
