Only Bonus Potential?
So what does it mean when I reveal and it only gives bonus potential? It doesnt have any rare/epic denotation so can I just re potential it? how does it work when an item is revealed and it only has bonus potential?

It means your item only has bonus potential.
Some items have regular potential, some items have bonus potential and some items have both. It's random.
Your item only has bonus potential.
Like derpinDrk said, you can still use a potential scroll to add regular potential if you want to.
