UA Sniper Skill Build Restructuring
How should I restructure my skill build factoring in the skill Wind Piercing? The damage on Wind Piercing totally outclasses Blizzard and Arrow Eruption. I realize that it is only a straight shot so Blizzard and Arrow Eruption do have some advantages over it. I'm currently training at haunted house, I'll be moving to mp3 soon so should I just max out strafe early to give myself a better 1v1 skill?
