Target has better quality but also higher prices,, i havent bought clothes in like 2 years, every shirt i have has holes in the armpits but i dont care cus i usually just wear a hoodie anyways
Every article of clothing I've ever purchased from Walmart has torn or had a button break off from casual use within 4 months of buying it. If you're concerned about cost, go to Ross/Marshall's/TJ-Max.

they're both made by cheap labor with poor quality. target in my area only has young pretty people and has better lighting.
