Is it better to cube/scroll myself or buy finished equips?

I have 10k NX and I'll buy another 10-20k in a minute, but I can't decide how to spend it. I've got pretty much no money, but around 300m or so in items that I could sell quite quickly (Chairs, Inno scrolls, etc.). I'm using a full RA set and mostly decent items with some %DEX or other stats from sets. My Fafnir Bow just got 6%Total dmg and a rubbish line from the hot time pot scroll today, so it's epic with crappy rare bonus pot. I also have an epic RA hat with useless stats to me.
Should I be selling this NX to get some mesos and buying a decent hat, or should I cube my hat/bow a few times?
Any advice would be great xx

How come? Did nexon say that they have 2x better chance than red cubes?

Self curbing and scrolling is literally a gamble. If you are looking to perfect something ASAP it will typically cost more than buying the finished product in most cases. If you're the type of person that can waste months on top of years perfecting stuff via events, self making stuff can be cheaper but just be aware that by the time you finish the equip, it might be outdated/ not as good as it was 8 months before
I ended up using one black on my hat and it went straight to unique
One red gave it 6%dex but i wanted more, another 10 reds and ended up 6%all stats and 6%str so it gave me a bit more but not worth the extra 10 ah well

I like youre thinking but i always give in to the NX haja
imo making youre own equips is a lot easier unless you're willing to drop 50-100$ on each equip at once. if you made youre equips you can slowly epic pot them and cube them with the free cubes that drop and the ones you get from rp shop. its all a matter of are you impatient and willing to drop 500$ on pixels or can you wait it out and become pro one step at a time. personally i've dropped like 100k on cubes this past miracle time but i got most of my gear to my version of end game worthy which i thought was a good deal

Black cubes are almost 2 Times more expensive than red ones so I wouldnt say its more efficient to use Blacks for tiering up
Black cubes for tier-up.
Red cubes for re-rolling.
Black cubes can also be used if you're looking to improve end-game potential.
Personally, making them is more fulfilling. Don't expect godsend with a handful of cubes though.
NX (at least in Bera) Hasn't been selling very successfully since perm NX has been out for awhile, unless it's something new.
I would suggest grabbing a secondary, epic potting and cubing.
