i can never launch from chrome. ms is the only reason i ever use ie
Better alternative than the last resort, Steam.

apparently the oldest method for gamerlauncher is working for some people. I remember doing this when website login was first released. Try it out guys and let me know if it works.
right click the icon on your desktop, click on properties, change the "Target : YOUCOMPUTER/maplestory.exe" to "Target : YOUCOMPUTER/maplestory.exe GameLaunching"
I patched it via GameLauncher earlier and now it stopped working... the browser also does not work for me and I am yet to try using IE.

That sounds like a bad idea to me. They change the .exe file between versions and trying to use an old version would likely just trigger a "You gotta patch up" message.
If it worked at all.

That picture is from a post Hime made months ago. It was a completely different issue. I use Chrome and I remember what it was. I also check the forums.
Edit: Take that back, she made a [i]similar[/i] post with the same wording... Lol, sorry for my accusation...
But anyway, I hope the gamelauncher problem gets fixed.

Those of us that already patched have no access to previous versions, unfortunately.
Maybe they'll implement a fix before you have to go through the trouble of doing that.
