What do you think makes someone Heartless?
What do you think makes someone "Heartless"? Killing a love one directly or indirectly? Letting someone suffer? Causing as much pain as possible to those around him/her? And now to the flip side of the question. What do you think these "Heartless" people feel? Do you think they feel remorse? or Are they just as cold inside as they are outside?
And to my final question? What or who do you think of when you imagine someone "Heartless"?

Root cause may be environmental upbringing, philosophical/theological worldview, loneliness, medical, or a combination.
Anyone's personality can change drastically, it depends on how they are raised, events that occurred, etc etc.
