This is one possible route, it's not the fastest, but it is a route.
This is the route for someone who does not have the map of phantom forest; obviously if you have it the route is going to be faster.

Sorry, but how does the map make things faster?
Actually. If you have the soaring mount skill, you can go:
1. Swamp Bog (The first map, long and horizontal)
2. Crossroads (The second map you entered) Soar/Fly to the top where there will be 3 portals. Enter the right one.
3.Forgotten Path. You will be at the bottom, but you can again Soar/Fly to the top where the entrance to the JQ is.

If you have the keystone or something and can use the stone pillars:
1. Swamp Bog, Top Right stone pillar.
2. Crossroads, Top Right stone pillar.
3. Forgotten path.
