The shoulders are pretty worthless, and the drop rate is terrible, so I imagine you wouldn't make much from it. I probably wouldn't be willing to pay more than 50 M per run.
Well I've seen quite A few pay for the service in renegades, but it isn't as lively as it used to be.
i'm sure you could find someone to sell service to but not for a very high price
I rarely see anyone buying or selling that service anymore.
The drop rate for shoulders is pretty miserable, so that probably deterred many people who used to look for service.
you could always kill her for the shoulders that only she drops and then sell them
