I have a question about hardmode gollux.

So I am level 175. I have the damage to solo hard mode gollux but when I went at level 170 I wasnt able to hit him once. What level do I have to be to hit him at least 90% of the time. Its not an issue with accuracy since my class has the most accuracy.
