My friend kinda quit like 1 year ago, so I wouldn't actually be having anyfriends there... xD I think I'm going to do it, just to experience something different. I have been playing on yellonde for like 6 years

well essentially what you're losing out on is "time that I need to remake all the characters for blessing/link skills."

So what you need to consider is:
If I switch, will the time it takes to remake all the characters be worth the 1bil funding I get? And consider the amount of buddies you have in the new server you're planning to move to. If you don't mind starting from scratch only having a few friends but gradually meeting more, then yea sure go for it.

You can always remake those link skills and blessing. The problem then would be to have enough slots.

So if I wanted my range to maintain, I would have to make another KoC? >.<

the real question should be, why can't we try to xfer yet?
