i mean, its kind of confusing to know what it is exactly. I know it has something to do with leveling up, of course.

Hmm, the ones i know of:
Make a new character, get to lvl 10 and you will get free tiger pet, free meso/item magnet
Get that new character to lvl 30, and you get 100k, possibly 1mil or 1bil (slim chance)
Get that character to 50 or 70 (i forget), you get a special ring.
Get that character to 100, you get a secondary equip with a potential guaranteed to be Epic. [b]This event is only for Non-legends/Heros.[/b]
That's about it.
The event kid slips.
