Occult Scrolls and Diligence/Lucky Days
Hey Basil.
Just wondering, I have Lv 100 Diligence, possibly a couple Lucky Day Scrolls, but I've read conflicting answers.
I don't want to risk blowing anything up.

I've heard Diligence only affects "old scrolls" such as 30%, 60% and 70%.
No they don't increase the success rate
