My friend that plays kms says his ab broke 1mil damage at 26k range. So it's not just the super funded ones that are op lol

1,000,000,000 is one billion. That's 9 zeroes. So, obviously, you saw 100,000,000, which is one million damage. That's nowhere close to a quadrillion, which is 1,000,000,000,000,000.
Just make your own chart, if your friend thinks luminous is #1, he will most likely think your chart is legit.
