The best thing i came up with is to evo world the 105 equips (untradable) and craft them into the 110 weapons...Its the most cost effective since it requires only philosopher stones, superior crystals, superior abrasive and liduim...the other methods require rocks and piece of time which cost anywhere from 200k-1M each...
Anything level 8 or higher will suffice until level 11, then you must create things level 9 or higher.
