They both reset the hammers so you'd need to hammer again. Learned that the hard way

Actually, both of them do.
OT: There's no difference, except the cost and the success rate. Perfect Inno Scroll resets Additional Options and Scissor Count, but we have neither of those.
Nexon copied the KMS shop, that's the only reason we have both. Not sure they checked what was in the shop before they gave it to us.

I don't think there's a difference in GMS. Perfect Innocence is used to reset Additional Options.
Does 1 innocence kill out the potential while the other doesn't?
