Skills delaying screen

I don't know if anyone else is dealing with this, but whenever I use skills such as sweeping sword or whirlwind... My screen becomes delayed as it takes time to readjust back to my character .. Is there a solution? Also this prevents me from using these skills since I don't like attacking when I don't even appear on the screen...
