Everything is pretty much correct.
As for the Tempest Epaulet (Shoulder Accessory), it can go for a good 25~40m in your world.

Thief Empress - Everything is about 10-15m (except Cape and Shoulder)
Epic Pot Service - Well I'm not sure but the scrolls that are untradeable are around 200m so I assume 200m
Lucky Day Service - I don't know
Tempest Shoulder - I don't know
DKhanjar- Not really sure but I'd say 200-300m maybe? (I'm probably way off)
ABR Ring/Recipe - Ring - 30-40m Recipe 20-25m
Clean Specs - 200m
