How to fix internet connection?

Alright so I'm using my neighbors wifi (they let me) and every couple minutes or so, the wifi will be limited or be un-connected, making me have to reconnect it again, how do I fix this problem? I am on windows 8 btw, thanks guys!

Ask them to change the WiFi channel on the router.
If your connection problems are caused by interference from other devices in the vicinity this may help.
Have them try Channel 1 first, and if that doesn't help have them set the highest channel available in the WiFi setups on the router.

You might have to try a USB WiFi adapter with a high-gain external antenna to get a better connection.
WiFi isn't intended to work over long distances or through many obstacles like walls and metal pipes.

Check all your wiring, dissconnect and reconnect, reset your router and lastly, consider getting a new router.

Yea, probably because your computer is too far from the router and you're not inside the desired signal radius. You would have go to your neighbors house. I can't think of any other way.
