Still Possible to get Will of Alliance?
I was wondering if I can still get the Will of Alliance skill. I have it on my two mains characters, but I want it on my level 75 Cygnus Knight.
I don't have the skill yet and it is not in my quest list!

Cygnus Knights needs to do a pre-quest before getting WoA skill.
