Well, if you really have a problem with funding, I say go for a 90-100 base, meaning 50-70DEX needed for Cravens and Lampions
Where do I cap my dex? I'll just add to my dex.
You don't necessarily have to get all the best items. Most people choose the high route by pumping into their DEX so not to have to buy all the "expensive" equips. But you'll need about a bil to get a sufficient or decent equip build as well as attack claw
