Help with crafting
Hi, so I'm new to this crafting system, and I'm going to start crafting belts. It says 2% chance of premium, does that mean 2% chance of potential, or is it just 2% chance to get better stats? If it is just for the better stats, then what's the % chance that the crafted item will have pot?

I suggest you max it out at lvl 10 before crafting anything worth it, try those basic rings that only need 1 mineral plate + abrasive or arrows.

Okay so I'm going to go with premium is not potential. Does anyone know the %chance of getting potential?
