My Mechanic Training Guide (In-Progress)

Ok, this is my personal opinion on training areas for 1st and 2nd job mechanic, seeing as I'm only lvl 40 so far.

So, what I did:

1 - 10: At the very beginning, talk to all of the children hiding in the game of hide-and-go-seek, as you will be level 5. Then, do the quests.
10 - 2x: Do all of the quests in Edelstein until you are a certain level within 20 & 23 and have no more quests until you get to higher level.
2x - 30: Do Edelstein quests and grind at the monsters until the job advancement.
2x - 33+: NLC's Rotten Skeletons (74 exp a kill, and with the attack you'll have, you will level very fast.) I only did this until level 33 then switched to cpq.
3x - 4x: Do cpq until levels 40 or 43. I found the exp starting getting slow at 40. Then again, I just got somebody to solo and I leeched off them
40+ - 65+: Scarecrows! I was there at lvl 40 with lvl 13 mastery (get it higher if you plan on going here at 40. It gives you extra attack, so what the hey!)
40 - 50: I have heard good things from CD's, but haven't been there personally. I'd say try going there until about 44/46 and go to Scarecrows.
50 - 56+: Drakes don't have as much exp as Scarecrows, but Drakes have a great spawn and a good sized map.
55 - 60+: Toy trojans. Small map, good spawn, so fast exp.
57 - 63+: Red and Blue Robos. The first map is the best. Decent size, great spawn, so fast exp.
60 - 73+: Pirate Party Quest (PPQ). From levels 60-67 grind as much as you can. For 67-73+, I found rushing is better than grinding.
50 - 60+: Oly Oly's In Singapore at Muddy Banks 1. You have to talk to a lady on a scooter to teleport to the town, then go to the right and you'll find them.
6x - 80+: The fun part: Jesters! I haven't finished at Scarecrows, so I'll find out when to go to Jesters very soon.

More to come...

This is open to ideas by you! Leave a comment of what you do at a certain level to help!

I am currently: Level 47
Training at: Scarecrows
% Per kill: 0.24 With a party
50~60 at Muddy Bank 2(i think) that have Oly Oly and Dark Fission(sp?).
Thanks for that, didn't even notice when I've been looking through the monster database.
This is what i did with my Mech (this is avoiding Scarecrows as much as possible):
30-45 : CPQ
45-53 : Lastest Hits CD, and those big red amp things on the far left portal
53-56 : Drakes, very good mobs, gets a bit bland after a while though hence only 3 levels being spent there
56-59 : Toy Trojans, same story as Drakes, not appealing to me
59-70 : Pirate Party Quest, or Scarecrows since theyre the only decent exp your going to get at your level.
Heres where it shifts into Easy Mode
70-81 : Jesters
81-83 : Sand Rats, Scorpions
83-86 (or higher) : Iron Mutaes (my favourite place to train. I dont know why but i like it a lot. Very fast exp)
86-110 : MP3... *YAWN*
Haven't got past 96 on my BaM yet, but i heard those pirates are good at 100.
Thanks for the submissions. I will add the higher level stuff as alternatives to what I do after I do it...

JmbX: Ludibrium is best from 50-60.
Retz/Ratz/Black Ratz.
Robos/Red Robos.

I'm doing scarecrows at 40+, but you need high mastery. I'm actually not missing that much, compared to a Mech with no mastery. But then again, they wouldn't be hitting them at all.

bigbubbybob: You are level 88, and thats your highest level.
You shouldn't be talking, and the format doesn't matter. These guys are just posting their spots for people who are ignorant, and have no places to go.

You are not smarter just because you can write with capitals and dots. Go and get level 120, then we can talk.
"I love when low levels try to act smart when they know little to nothing."

OT: Keep up the good work!
I recommend 60-70: Pirate PQ. Its possible to do that in less than 5 hours.

Well, I'll be updating it as I go.

Don't be saying that I won't get 120+. Mechanics are the most fun class I've ever played. I plan to get 80+ by Sunday, and at the rate I'm going, I might just make 90+

I love when low levels try to make a guide when they know little to nothing. Don't try to rush things man, wait till you at least get to 120+ (I have a feeling you may never get that high). By then your information will be by far more correct, not to mention you can make the guide in a more proper format.
38-50 CPQ. Trust me, rom grinding is HELLA fast.
I didn't do rom grinding, I just got a guy at lvl 37 when I got lazy, let him/her solo until I got to 40, then went to scarecrows, where I just got to 41

Golems aren't worth it with the speed that you can kill Skeles.
