I'd put Carnival over Dash in terms of priority. Phase Dash is primarily used as a rushing skill and Carnival has a use in the end-game run when it overtakes Assassinate in damage in places like Dojo.
@Star909 Dark Flare is actually pretty useful . For gollux as a shad, you can use dark flare to hit the mobs while you take on the eyes for gollux/gem. And since you max it out, you can just go down and put down dark flare repeatedly, hope this helps :o

@zionzx I've never used Dark Flare once on my shad. I don't even use it on my NL that often, is it really that useful?
Does midnight carnival get used a lot later on?
@Star909 Noo you'll regret not maxing Dark Flare. A maxed dark flare allows for the skill duration = skill cooldown.

Pretty sure dark flare gets left at 14.
