Beware of fake Game Masters GMs
Hi fellow Basilers, not so long ago I got a chat by someone called ADMlNPrized (in Broa) (Note: it is really admLnprized) who immediately wrote what you can see in [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/show/screen/207590/0/Fake_gms_beware.html]this image[/url] as I entered, beware of such scams - and remember all Nexon websites are (something).nexon.net - the "Nexon" will ALWAYS be alone and will never be connected to another word, if it is, it isn't Nexon (ex: www.maplestory.nexon.net , also, a GM won't be annoyed if you are sceptical about him or her being a real GM, and they will NEVER EVER ask you for any personal information!
I suggest you go to the following web pages which explain in more detail about what GMs will or will not do, also a quick note, recently due to PE hackers have managed to get the GM wings sign above their heads (I have seen this with my own eyes - in fact a friend of mine was scammed by a hacker with the sign), so don't count on the wings sign, but look for the other ones.

I highly doubt that, or CrashBer is not a real GM (perhaps he is MWLB?), but I am 99% sure that a GM will not buddy someone, and someone can definitely not buddy a GM.
@Nepipupu : Indeed they chat in a different colour, however I believe they have the server name in their name and not "GM", but as the first poster said hackers have managed to hack their names.
Another thing is, if you try to add a GM to buddy, it will say something like "GameMasters can not be added as a buddy" which is another way to check. For those of you in Broa you test it by trying to add "TiaraBroa".

and GMs they say never contact you

@doppel : Indeed that is why people must be extra careful, and not go to any site directed by someone who claims to be a GM which isn't www.(something).nexon.net or www.nexon.net, and also as I said, I believe a GM wouldn't threaten you are get annoyed at you if you were sceptical about him being a GM, another thing is their equips. I believe they will always have a suitcase with a "W" on it, and a white hat with a "W" on it, like the NPC Maple Admin wears.
