as of this new patch, v1.38, you may claim the character slot coupon (the perfect attendance gift) by talking to npc cassandra, under the miscellaneous option!
note: this is assuming that, all, except the stamp of 27/6, was completed over the last two weeks

Cassandra didn't give me anything even though the only one I missed was 27th.
