Cubing My Vip Dagger

So I have a Vip Dagger 165 att 3l unique with 9% luk as the first line. I also have 11 cubes and 10 pot locks. I'm not sure whether or not i should potential lock the 9% luk since I only have 1 cube to get something good like a weapon potential. I had terrible luck cubing the weapon before, I used 16 cubes and got nothing good. But when I potential lock the 9% luk I have less of a chance of getting something like boss %.
