Tespia Pic Recovery
Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but here goes anyways:
Hi, I recently rejoined MS as of a few weeks ago after college started settling down (though it's getting quite busy again) and now am interested in playing on Tespia as it's reopened and I'd like to try the new classes but I forgot my Tespia PIC. As such, I can't delete old characters to make new slots for other characters that I'd like to try (i.e. Mercedes/Demon Slayer). I attempted to reset my PIC on the regular website and successfully did so but that didn't affect my Tespia account at all (I was still prompted for my PIC as per usual when I tried to delete or log in as a character). Anyone have any ideas?

You have to submit a ticket, to have them reset your PIC on their end. I have bad news.. This may take a few months to do.
I had to reset mine 3 Tespia's ago and I missed 1 of them, because of the PIC/PIN issue. That is the only way you can
get your PIC fixed.
