its not about funding./damage.. its about the skill being able to bounce off the whole map blaze cant do it chain lighting cant do it
every time someone says that skills op it ends up about damage... when its really about the range of chain hits can chain from

if it was like chain lightings/blazes chain hits odds are right now thos luminous would be about -20~40 levels

said on thread that him and 3~5 friends would take turns training (think this was done same computer tho...) so nexon has nothing on him (if it was done)
he abused party play system... kms i dont think really abused it like gms has done... 40level difference/ 5 members just sitting giving buffs time to time but nothing else
Kms HoH was nerfed or was no longer party play zone
luminous gms luminous does not shift as your training and reflections is op in terms of chain attacking

KMS was known to have their training maps nerfed.

I believe that the first lv 250 in GMS was done illegible. I don't believe he reached it legit.
