Asking friends for a share

For over a month or so I've been taking a few of the same friends to CRA, emp, etc which are only killable because of me.
I've been letting them have all of the drops they get themselves (since drop mechanics changed for a lot of bosses).
After doing this for a whole month or so I'm starting to feel the burn on my pocket and I'm pretty much broke on maple.

Do I start asking for a minimum of 50% of the profits from bosses I solo? Im worried that there will be negative after effects if I reduce their profits. B/c who wants a pay cut?

My alliance's policy is this:
Pick 1 job. For example, if I'm killing chaos RA, and I'm taking my thief friend, I'd let him keep ALL the thief drops, however ALL other equips, I will take from him.
It requires an honesty system, but I'm sure you trust your friends enough to do this.

In that way, you profit more while bringing people inside, and since they're just leeches, they have no right to complain since you're giving them the drops still.
If you're the main DPS, then that's not too much to ask for because without you, they wouldn't get anything at all.

I'm not really seeing how taking people on CRA runs costs you so much it outbalances your profits. Unless you're buying ridiculous amounts of expensive potions, like adv. boss ones, you should still be gaining mesos every run. So, what it comes down to is, either because you're greedy or you want your fair share, you want more mesos. No need to make it seem more innocent by claiming you're broke, if you feel like you want more mesos that's fine. I suggest you start charging to bring people along for the runs, either with a payment in advance, or taking a % of the items/eventual sale value. If you still find people who are interested, and there are many, then you have a perfectly justifiable reason to charge your friends as well. It's only fair after all, if others are paying, they should too.

You're a weak person. Sorry but that's the truth. You put people ahead of you, that's just gonna eat you up in life in general. You have no courage to tell your friends ( people who you should be comfortable with ) that you need mesos thats weak. They should understand especially if they realize your're the one soloing

Those arent your friends lol. You take them on runs and they basically loot everything and you dont get poop? thats so unfair. You tell them your gonna start looting cause you need money and they dont oblige, ditch them. Like if their ur real friends they come with you just for the fun of it

It's fair. Since if you're the one killing it, you get to make the shots. If they hate you for it, they're aren't your friends. Just gold diggers.

"letting them have all of the drops they get themselves"
i don't see any greed, they're getting more than enough.

OT: ask for some cash back, they only have that money because of you

Some people just sell per run. Like 20m emp runs or something.
