My character in Root Abyss got glitched
When I logged in I dropped right beside 'The Mysterious Girl" in Colossal Root.
Problem is, I did the prequests and went RA many times in the last year.
-There is no quest to get 5 keys in my available quest list
-I looked in my quest log and it says I finished my prequests last year
-There are no boss portals, just the background with the mysterious girl NPC (with no quest available - she just says "is there a really a way to get out of here?"
-Nothing related to RA is in my available quest list
Any help?

Yup, pretty much this. Nexon borked something when they changed the level requirement to 125, so now you have to talk to Neinheart again.
I believe deleting your character and recreating it will solve your issue.
Go to Neinheart in Ereve and accept the quest from him. I had the same issue when I started playing last month and people kept telling me it would show up on the sidebar or in my quest list when it wasn't true.

In GMS the minimum level requirement for the RA prequest has been increased to 120, you'll have to get to that level and do the questline over again.
(Or it's 125, not sure)
