One thing you could improve on is her body. Her hips make it seem as if her arms are bigger than the body. Also, like the others said the hand on the hip posture looks weird because it looks as if the hand is bent in an uncomfortable position.
Thanks for the critiques. I already know I messed up a lot of places though. I just didn't want to fix it up anymore, so I started and finished colouring it at 2 am
