Pic reset help
so i haven't played ms in a year, and when i came back, i logged on no problem, but then apparently my pic isnt what it used to be. I've never changed it, an the email reset wont work. I have an aim.com domain so i changed it to comcast, but i still don't see the email. I've tried using different browsers, computers, and clearing the cache, and i still don't see it. Any help would be appreciated.

@exclipse60 did you check your spam? sometimes automated emails take a couple of minutes to send
i have access to my email, im aware of the site reset, but the email isnt sending. im trying my gmail email right now, but i dont see it, i even just updated all the security questions and what not, but im still not seeing the email

i got almost got the same problem. but i cant get acces to my email what so ever. still waiting for nexon to answer my ticket.
What @IGotModded Said, log into the Nexon website and you can reset your PIC there.

It is changed in the character selection screen now...
