I'm going to buy a 107 Att Concerto 2 Slots left (The two hammered slots). The potential is 2 lined and not very good, 3% ATT and something else. I have enough money to cube it to unique and 3l, and I have enough money to finish the ATT too, but I'm estimating that's going to cost around 900-1b with inflating 50% prices.
The trader wants 2b for this, I was wondering if I should do it.
All help will be appreciated.

Oh, I wasn't planning on merchanting it, I was planning on buying it to use.
