What can I get with 5b
I wanna buy either a neos top/bottom (maybe both) or a empress/VIP 1h sword with 5b. Any idea what I could be able to get?
I'm looking for at least 15% on both top/bottom and perfect scrolled not necessarily enhanced sword, potential is so-so I wouldn't mind cubing it.

The sword would be the best option at the moment imo. The top/bottom prices are really high because of Kaisers. I've also seen 1h sword being dumped because of Kaisers. A 190+ attack sword with a nice potential (3L unique) shouldn't be out of your reach
