How to get prime minister card if i missed it
there was a way to regain it through Secretary of Magic, but he no longer gives out the card, so is there anyway i can get the prime minster card again?

I thought you could talk to a NPC in mushroom kingdom to get the prime minister card if you completed the quest prior to the 100% card drop rate thing.
