@Bunnii: I don't think that is the case. Generally whatever comes into CBT comes over to OBT and beyond there.
At first, I was accepted to Closed Beta.
The day of launch, I was dismissed from testing which was caused, by an e-mail I received, not being in their service region (I live in New Zealand and apparently they misinterpreted the service agreement).
