Does my karstan potential stack?
So i cube my karstan to epic and right now it has 8% crit and 15% ignore monster defence twice.
So my question is: Does the 15% ignore monster def (apparently abbreviated to PDR<--lemme know what it stands for) stack to make 30% total?
